Working together for our community!
The Minnesota AIDS Project (MAP), in partnership with Rainbow Health Initiative, Minnesota Transgender Health Coalition, OutFront, and Rural AIDS Action Network (RAAN), continues to provide our community with culturally competent and understandable information about MNsure. MAP and RAAN have a dedicated team of MNsure navigators on staff providing free health insurance enrollment assistance for all community members, regardless of HIV status.
When can I get enrolled?
The next open enrollment period is scheduled from November 15, 2014 through February 15, 2015. Individuals eligible for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare can enroll year round, as well as individuals meeting Qualifying Life Event criteria. Contact us to learn more or to schedule an appointment with a MNsure navigator for help enrolling in affordable health care!
