Coming Out Day Luncheon & Business Equality Conference

The Minnesota GLBTA Campus Alliance is proud to be a community partner of Quorum, the Twin Cities GLBT and Applied Chamber of Commerce, as they present Minnesota’s 16th annual National Coming Out Day Luncheon and the first Quorum Business Equality Conference.

Join us this Friday, October 16, as our community celebrates the strength, courage and wisdom of GLBT and Allied people who live openly and authentically. GLBTA businesses and community organizations will share information about their valuable work in the Exhibitor area. Inspiring speakers will challenge and inspire you with their powerful stories, including:

  • Andrea Jenkins—artist, writer, activist; Senior Policy Aide, Minneapolis City Council Ward 8; 2009 Power of One Award Recipient
  • Robert and Carol Curoe—authors of the groundbreaking memoir, Are There Closets in Heaven?
  • Deb LeMay—Executive Director, PFLAG Saint Paul/Minneapolis
  • Shelly Boyum-Breen—Founder and President, Foundation IX

The day also features the Quorum Business Equality Conference, a day-long intensive learning experience designed to support GLBT employee groups and their companies’ work towards their common goal of fully inclusive, healthy and productive workplaces.

To make your reservations or find more details, visit the Quorum website, or contact the Quorum office at info@twincitiesquorum.com or 651-646-1029.
