MN Campus Alliance Panelist Training

MN Campus Alliance Panelist Training
Saturday, March 1 , 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
The College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, MN  (room TBD)
Lunch provided!

Have you ever wanted to share your story about being gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and/or an ally?  Would you like to be part of the Minnesota GLBTA Campus Alliance’s Education and Training Program – by participating as a panelist on our Ally Training and Train-the-Trainer Workshops?  Here’s your chance!

All panelists and trainers who work with the MN Campus Alliance Education & Training Program must participate in a Panelist Training.

Please join us on Saturday, March 1, as we work on building your public speaking and presentation skills.  Learn what makes a good “story,” what’s best to leave in (and out!), how to answer challenging questions, and how to be an effective presenter. These are skills that will serve you in all parts of your life, so please consider signing on as one of our panelists.

If you are interested, please RSVP to Anne Phibbs, Education Coordinator, by Thursday, February 28 at phib0001@umn.edu.
