Good Afternoon,
My name is Dayna Swenson and I am the Catering and Event Coordinator with the Courtyard by Marriott and Conference Center in Moorhead, MN. I wanted to see if you would have any meetings or guest room needs that we may be able to assist you with.
The following is an overview of our property:
The hotel is a three-story, 126 room upper middle market hotel designed by the business traveler. The Courtyard by Marriott features a breakfast restaurant, lounge with big-screen television and fireplace, outdoor courtyard with gazebo, business center, laundry facilities, complimentary airport shuttle and a 7,500 square foot indoor recreation center which includes an indoor adult pool, kiddy pool, whirlpool, and fitness center.
There are a variety of rooms and suites available, many with balconies or patios overlooking the courtyard. All our rooms and suites will provide your attendees with a large work desk and ergonomic chair, complimentary coffee and tea, a king size bed with sofa sleeper or two queen size beds, a two-line speaker phone, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, massage shower heads, AM/FM clock radio, refrigerator, USA Today delivered to the room and in-room complimentary high speed internet access.
Adjoining the Courtyard by Marriott is the Conference Center. The conference center has one 7,540 square foot ballroom that can be sub-divided into seven smaller rooms using the soundproof air-wall system. In addition, there are two smaller meeting rooms in the conference center, one in the hotel and a boardroom that seats 16 people. The conference facility incorporates the latest in technological audio and visual equipment and our attentive staff will provide your group with outstanding service to help make your event a success.
