Twin Cities Pride, E-Newsletter “Connections”, and Strategic Planning Survey

Greetings and Happy Pride from the Minnesota GLBTA Campus Alliance!

We hope everyone is as excited as we are for it to be Pride season! We have already been to East Central Pride in the Park and are gearing up for Twin Cities Pride this weekend. We are excited to be debuting some new materials including brochures and flyers about our Training and Education Services and the 2011 Minnesota OUT! Campus Conference (MOCC). Make sure to stop by Booth #3114 to pick these and other great Minnesota GLBTA Campus Alliance materials.

Speaking of debuts, click here to see the first issue of our new E-Newsletter “Connections”. We would like to thank you for taking the time to read this publication and for your continued involvement/interest in our organization. In this issue we will talk about our latest happenings, such as some of our recent and upcoming outreach events. We will highlight some of our education achievements in the last few months, including presenting a day-long Ally Institute at the 2011 Creating Change Conference hosted by the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force. We will also introduce you to our current Chair, Becky Saltzman.

Lastly, we are conducting a Strategic Planning Session at the end of July to set goals for the next three years. As a part of this process, we hope you will assist us by answering the questions on this SurveyMonkey by Monday, July 25th.
